By having family-run facilities in USA, Italy, Croatia, and India, we not only provide a global presence, we operate near the source of the crops we grow, which provides that local touch and the most competitive price. Sure, that’s a business edge, but it’s also our ethos and we believe it should be yours too.
Our start-to-finish process incorporates growing, processing, manufacturing, packaging, shipping, logistics, and distribution: this ensures we deliver the highest quality product without burdening our customers with too many details. With a combined 120 years of experience at places like Celestial Seasonings, Lipton, and Everton Tea Italy, our core team is primed to assist you in full service fashion.
Supply Chain may not sound sexy, but ours is designed to at least place us in the “unique” category. Take for instance our facility in India. It’s situated right in the verdant, rolling hills where the tea bushes are grown. There we process, pack, taste, label, and then send to the nearby port. Our global logistics team takes it from there, and will apprise you of your tea shipment’s status throughout its entire journey.
Our operation hubs in North America, Asia, and Europe allow our management team to be available 24-7, so no matter where you are in the world, notices on shipments, clearing, or delays can be addressed in the most timely fashion.
Sustainability is our foremost requirement - not in theory but in practice. This can appear in our factory settings, where LED lighting electrifies our operations for three shifts, six days a week. This can be seen in owning the only carbon natural tea estate in the world. This can be found in our facility in India that is solar-powered, and our one in Colorado which is powered by the wind. And with all our farms, organic farming is an added value to our workers, the soil, and our consumers, both enriching the land and our bodies. These aren’t bragging points, they are simply what’s required to run a business the right way in the 21st century.
